Returns Policy

From the time you receive your order you have 14 days to return any unwanted items within your order, with the exception of earrings (please note in the interest of hygiene earrings or sets with earrings can not be returned). All items returned must be in the original condition and packaging, any items in an unsuitable condition will be returned to you.

It can take up to 7 days for Siamaa to receive your returned items. However, once we receive the items we will inspect them and process the goods within 5 working days.  

Any refund will be automatically processed onto the card that was used to make the original purchase. However if this is not possible we will contact you via email.   

Should there be an error in the description or price of goods in the online catalogue, Siamaa reserves the right to supply goods at the correct price. Customers will be notified by e-mail before any order is processed.

Due to the proliferation of internet credit card fraud, the Company also reserves the right to decline any order where there is a discrepancy in card details. 

If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel it at any time before we despatch it. Please see the Contact us page for our telephone number or email us on mail@siamaa.co.uk. You will need to give us your name and address details, as well as your order number to cancel your order.

Damaged goods
