Shipping Policy
Siamaa reserve the right to decline any overseas orders that do not pass the address verification system in full. If an order is declined the customer will be asked to apply for a refund through their own credit card bank.
Unfortunately we can not sell to America, Canada and China but below is a list of countries we do sell to. If your country is not on the list unfortunately at this time we are unable to make deliveries there.
Most items on our site are held in stock and will be despatched to you within 2-3 working days from receiving your order. Under any circumstances Siamaa will not despatch orders to PO Boxes.
If you choose next day delivery then we deliver most items the next working day by 1pm on Mondays to Thursday (except public and bank holidays). We sometimes deliver on Saturdays if the item(s) arrive at our local delivery office that day, but we can't guarantee delivery.

If you wish to have your order sent to your place of employment then please be confident that there will be someone there to take receipt of the goods as the courier will deliver to the place and not the person.
Please be aware that delivery charges will vary according to the destination of the order and will be charged on the checkout page.
If an item is missing from your parcel, please check in the first instance your delivery note as some item may be despatched separately. However if this is not the case then please email us on mail@siamaa.co.uk or call us on +44 (0)777 354 4985.
All goods must be signed for.
We make every effort to deliver goods within 7 working days however, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. Siamaa shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.
Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered or on the date of first attempted delivery by us.
Lost Goods
If you have not received your goods within seven working days of placing your order please e-mail sales@siamaa.co.uk
Liability and Indemnity
If any portion of these terms and conditions is held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity or enforceability of the other sections of these terms and conditions shall not be affected.
These terms and conditions do not create or confer any rights or benefits enforceable by any person that is not a party (within the meaning of the U.K. Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999)
No delay or failure by Siamaa to exercise any powers, rights or remedies under these terms and conditions will operate as a waiver of them nor will any single or partial exercise of any such powers, rights or remedies preclude any other or further exercise of them. Any waiver to be effective must be in writing and signed by an authorised representative of Siamaa
These terms and conditions including the documents or other sources referred to in these terms and conditions supersede all prior representations understandings and agreements between you and Siamaa relating to the use of this website (including the order of products) and sets forth the entire agreement and understanding between you and Siamaa for your use of this website.
