Q. Has my order shipped yet?

A. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will be sent an email confirmation that it’s on it’s way.

From there it should be delivered within the timescale we advertise. You can track your order my logging in to your account at https://www.siamaa.co.uk/my-account

Q. How do I return an item?

A. From receipt of your order you have 14 days to return any unwanted items within your order, with the exception of earrings (please note in the interest of hygiene earrings or sets with earrings can not be returned unless faulty). All items returned must be in the original condition and packaging, any items in unsuitable condition will be returned to you.

Then complete the returns form enclosed with your order with all the relevant information.

Please note it is very important that when you return an item, we know the order number it relates to, your details and whether you want a refund or an exchange. Without these details we won’t be able to take the action you want us to.

UK and International customers make your own arrangements through any postal carrier.

PLEASE NOTE: It can take up to 7 days for Siamaa to receive your returned items. However once we receive the items we will inspect them and process the goods within 5 working days.

Any refund will be automatically processed onto the card that was used to make the original purchase and an email sent to you to confirm this. However if this is not possible we will contact you via email.

 

Q. Have you received my returned goods?

A. As soon as your return has been processed, we’ll email you to let you know.

In the unlikely event that you don’t receive this email within 10 days of posting your parcel to us, please get in touch with us mail@siamaa.co.uk and we’ll get back to you.

If you have returned your parcel using Recorded Delivery or another service that can be tracked, please give us the reference number when you contact us.

Q. Do you have a shop?

A. We are an Online Store, which means you can shop with us 24 hours a day, from all over the world (here is the list of countries we ship to), and you don’t even have to carry your own shopping home, because we’ll deliver it to your front door.

 

Q. What can I do if there is something wrong with my order?

A. If you receive the wrong item or something is missing from your order then send us an email to mail@siamaa.co.uk and we will sort it out for you, with the right item or a replacement item being sent out that day.

 

Q. Can I track my order?

A. Yes. All you have to do is log into your siamaa.co.uk account and go to track your order, which can be found at the top of the website too.

 

Q. I’ve forgotten my password what do I do?

A. Just enter your email address in the members log in screen under Forgot Your Password, and a link will be emailed to you to reset it.
