Delivery Charges
Standard Delivery – £4.50 (Delivery 3-5 working days)

Deliveries to a remote area such as the Highlands, Islands of Scotland, or the Isle of Man may take up to 7 working days.

Next-Day Delivery – £8.50

Order before 2 pm Monday to Friday for next-day delivery. Orders placed after 2pm Friday and over the weekend, will be delivered the following Tuesday. Next-day delivery may take 2 days in remote areas.

EU and Rest of Europe  – £15

Royal mail international signed for. Royal Mail will aim to deliver between 3 to 5 working days.

Rest of the World – £18 

Royal Mail International Signed for. Royal Mail will aim to deliver between 5 to 7 working days.

Bank Holidays

Orders are not processed on Bank Holidays so please allow extra time for delivery when placing your order around Bank Holidays.

Weather Conditions

We’ll do our best to make sure your order gets to you on time but please be aware that in severe or adverse conditions, our couriers may be unable to meet the advertised delivery times.

 

Customs and Import Charges

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. 

We unfortunately do not have any control over the these charges and cannot tell you what the cost would be as customs polices and import duties vary from country to country. 

It might be a good idea that you contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting. 

Q. Can I track my order?

A. Yes. All you have to do is log into your siamaa.co.uk account and go to track your order, which can be found at the top of the website too.

 

Lost Goods

If you have not received your goods within seven working days of placing your order please e-mail: mail@siamaa.co.uk

Returns & Refunds

From receipt of your order you have 14 days to return any unwanted items within your order, with the exception of earrings (please note in the interest of hygiene earrings or sets with earrings can not be returned unless faulty). All items returned must be in the original condition and packaging, any items in unsuitable condition will be returned to you.

Then complete the returns form enclosed with your order with all the relevant information.

It can take up to 7 days for Siamaa to receive your returned items. However once we receive the items we will inspect them and process the goods within 5 working days.

Any refund will be automatically processed onto the card that was used to make the original purchase. However if this is not possible we will contact you via email.

Should there be an error in the description or price of goods in the on-line catalogue, Siamaa reserves the right to supply goods at the correct price. Customers will be notified by e-mail before any order is processed.

Due to the proliferation of internet credit card fraud, the Company also reserves the right to decline any order where there is a discrepancy in card details.

If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel it at any time before we despatch it. Please see above for our telephone numbers. You will need to give us your name and address details, as well as your order number to cancel your order.

Shipping Policy

Siamaa reserve the right to decline any overseas orders that do not pass the address verification system in full. If an order is declined the customer will be asked to apply for a refund through their own credit card bank.

Unfortunately we can not sell to America, Canada or China at the moment. Please refer to the list of countries we do sell to, if your country is not on the list we are sorry but we do not deliver there at the moment.  View the List of countries we deliver to >

Most items on our site are held in stock and will be despatched to you within two – three working days from receiving your order. Siamaa will not despatch orders to PO Boxes under any circumstances.

If you wish to have your order sent to your place of employment then please be confident that there will be someone there to take receipt of the goods as the courier will deliver to the place and not the person.

Please be aware that delivery charges will vary according to the destination of the order and will be charged on the checkout page.

We make every effort to deliver goods within 7 working days; however, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. Siamaa shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales. The risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered or on the date of first attempted delivery by us.
